has published a review with 5-star rating about XArp based on v2.1.1, thanks!
Due to my limited time that I find for developing SomaView further
I am looking for Android Devs that want to cooperate and take SomaView
to the next step. I have already done quite some work in extending SomaView
but never got the time to finish it. I am quite open in which direction
this can go. Drop me a mail - including your experience with Android - if you are interested in
working with me on SomaView.
The public beta program for the XArp Linux version will
run for several weeks from now on. The final XArp 2.1.0 for
Windows and Linux platforms will then be released mid summer, featuring
a new licensing model. XArp will be freely available as a basic version,
providing full ARP spoofing detection on predefined security levels. A
professional version will be available as paid upgrade, enabling fine-tuning
and tweaking into the active and passive detection modules.
Grab the deb packages:
Make sure that required dependencies are installed:- sudo apt-get install libwxgtk2.8-0 libxerces-c3 libpcap0.8 libc6
- sudo dpkg -i xarp.deb
- sudo xarp
SomaView Free has been
released into the Android Market, the best: its
free!
SomaView provides augmented reality for Android phones, providing a clean categorization with a large set of sources where data is searched. Currently, SomaView currently only runs on Android 1.x, if you are interested in joining forces to develop SomaView with me, drop me a mail!
